More often than not I am asked where does the name Avis Lane come from... Avis is my middle name, which I gradually grew fond of because thats what my aunt always called me. Lane is my grandfather's name.  I have such fond memories of him from childhood, I wanted to honor him and his legacy in some way...what better way than in my professional name.  Obviously I am a lover of beauty and capturing that AND I also love geniuine people, good food, wine and oreo cookies!
